Back to GriddedTerms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Gridded, a web-based site context analysis tool for architects and related professionals. This draft is prepared for launch in Poland and should be reviewed before the service goes live, especially if final pricing, generation-pack mechanics, or payment flows change.
1. Service Provider
Service provider: Michał Dyra, Szyszkowa 32, Opypy, 05-825, Poland. Contact email: support@gridded.pro. Contact phone: 503 925 360.
2. What Gridded Provides
Gridded provides access to a SaaS application that allows users to create accounts, save projects, generate site-context analyses, and use exports and related digital features made available inside the application.
The service is expected to be offered through:
- monthly subscription plans with a 3-day free trial, and
- one-off generation packs that provide a fixed number of paid generations or credits.
Final plan names, prices, generation counts, and credit-expiry rules are not yet fixed and will be shown in the checkout and pricing pages before purchase.
3. Account Registration
Users may need to create an account to access the service, save projects, and use paid features. Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials secure.
4. Trial, Subscription, and Generation Packs
Subscription plans may start with a 3-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew into a paid monthly plan.
Users may also purchase generation packs. A generation pack is a digital entitlement to use a specified number of generations or credits within the application. Generation packs are not crypto-assets, are not transferable unless expressly stated otherwise, and do not represent investment rights, governance rights, or redemption rights.
Pricing, included limits, renewal dates, and billing details will be displayed before the order is placed.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and by payment methods made available by Stripe at checkout. The service provider does not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.
6. Consumer Information
If the user is a consumer, the order button and checkout summary will present the total price, subscription-renewal information, and other mandatory pre-contract disclosures required under applicable Polish consumer law.
7. Digital Content and Performance
Gridded is provided as a digital service. Certain results depend on third-party mapping, analytics, hosting, and payment infrastructure, and on the quality of public or commercial data sources. The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results at all times.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The Gridded software, interface, branding, and original materials remain the property of the service provider or licensors. Users retain rights to their own uploaded materials to the extent permitted by law and third-party source terms.
10. Complaints and Support
Complaints and support requests may be submitted to support@gridded.pro. The dedicated complaints and refunds rules are described in the Refunds and Complaints Policy.
11. Withdrawal and Refund Rules
Consumer withdrawal rights, digital-content exceptions, and complaint handling are described in the Refunds and Complaints Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
The provider may update the service and these Terms for legal, technical, operational, or security reasons. Material changes affecting active users will be communicated in an appropriate manner before they take effect where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
14. Draft Fields To Finalize Before Launch
- final subscription names and prices
- generation-pack names, sizes, and prices
- whether generation packs expire and after what period
- exact cancellation flow and timing rules in product UI
- whether separate B2B terms are needed later
