This policy describes complaint handling, refunds, and withdrawal-related issues for Gridded subscriptions and one-off generation packs.
1. Contact for Complaints
Complaints and refund requests should be sent to support@gridded.pro. The operator is Michał Dyra, Szyszkowa 32, Opypy, 05-825, Poland.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. If the subscription begins with a 3-day free trial, cancellation before the trial ends should prevent the transition to a paid monthly plan.
3. Generation Packs
Generation packs are one-off digital purchases intended to provide a specified number of app generations or credits. The exact pack sizes, prices, and any expiry rules will be disclosed before purchase.
4. Complaints About Digital Service Performance
If the service does not work as promised, the user may submit a complaint describing the issue, the account email, the date of the incident, and the expected resolution.
5. Refund Considerations
Refund requests will be assessed with regard to the type of digital service provided, whether the paid feature was already used, and applicable consumer-law rules for digital content and digital services.
This draft intentionally avoids promising automatic refunds in all cases until the final subscription and generation-pack mechanics are fixed in checkout and product logic.
