Last updated: July 18, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Gridded uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and inside the application.
1. Main Categories
- necessary technologies for login, session continuity, security, and core application functionality
- optional analytics technologies used to understand product usage
- optional advertising measurement technologies used to measure conversions and campaign effectiveness
2. Necessary Technologies
Necessary technologies are used to keep the application working correctly, including authentication-related flows, session refresh, and basic product operation. These do not depend on analytics consent.
3. Analytics and Advertising Measurement Technologies
With the user's consent, Gridded uses Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Metricool to understand website and product usage, and Meta Pixel to measure website visits, configured conversions, and advertising effectiveness. PostHog tracking is not initialized, and the external Google Analytics 4, Metricool, and Meta Pixel scripts are not added to the page, until the corresponding optional consent is granted. If advertising measurement consent is rejected or has not yet been given, Meta Pixel does not load and does not send PageView or configured conversion events.
Google Analytics 4 uses a basic consent setup: its external script is not requested and Gridded does not send GA4 page views, application events, or user properties until product analytics consent is granted. Advertising storage and related Google consent signals remain denied unless the separate advertising measurement choice is also accepted.
When enabled, Meta Pixel may send Meta information about visits and configured events, such as the page URL, referrer, timestamp, browser or device information, IP-related network information, and identifiers used by Meta technologies. Gridded does not send email addresses, user IDs, project IDs, project locations, or search text in its configured Meta Pixel event payloads.
4. Managing Consent
Users can choose product analytics and advertising measurement separately through the privacy banner. The selection is stored locally to remember the preference. Use the control below to change or withdraw consent at any time.
5. Third-Party Providers
Analytics and infrastructure providers may set or rely on their own technical identifiers, subject to their own documentation, legal terms, and product configuration. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provides Meta Pixel advertising and conversion measurement, subject to advertising measurement consent.
6. Changing Your Choice
The "Manage optional technologies" control above reopens the same choices. Withdrawing a choice stops future optional tracking from Gridded; it does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal. Clearing the relevant local browser storage also resets the saved preference.
